Abstract:

Green Land is an important area for the ChangshaZhuzhouXiangtan Urban Agglomeration.It has had more and more encroachment and immense development pressure since the approval of National Resources Saving and Environment Friendly Society Comprehensive Reform Experimental Area in December 2007.This paper focused on the background of ecological protection and development of the green land,discussed necessity and possibility of ecological protection and development,and proposed an ecological protection and development idea.The paper strengthened the ecosystem service and production function of the nonbuiltup areas through establishing an ecological security pattern of the Green Land,evaluating of Green Land use suitability,and futher subdividing the restricted construction area.This study is aim to achieve the environmental protection goal of “both the protection and development,protection of priority” in Green Land of the ChangshaZhuzhouXiangtan urban agglomeration. 〖
