PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF BUILDING THE RESOURCESAVING AND ENVIRONMENTFRIENDLY SOCIETY OF WUHAN MEGALOPOLIS BASED ON THE ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS

Abstract:

Building the resourcesaving and environmentfriendly society is a rational choice for Wuhan megalopolis.It is a new regional economic development model.During the period of 2006~2010,we employ the analytic hierarchy process method to study the performances assessment of resource economical and environment friendly society level in Wuhan megalopolis.Through the analysis,Wuhan megalopolis gets comprehensive development.Not only the economic develop,but also the resource utilization level and environmental quality are improved in Wuhan megalopolis.But it also has some of defect,like poor resource saving ratio,low society development level and imbalance development among Wuhan megalopolis,etc.For these disadvantages,four suggestions are put forward:build a more harmonious society,raise the utilization ratio of resource,improve the radiation effect of Wuhan,and innovate mechanism of  system,etc
