    It is significant to research environmental effects of the regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta for constructing of resource economical and environment friendly society and enhancing the regional overall competitiveness. The paper summarized domestic and international research progress on theories, methods and practices in environmental effects of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta, pointed out the weak side of current study in this field and prospected main research directions in the future. Studies suggested that the environmental issues of the regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta are generally concerned. Study on the influence mechanism and the effect of environment of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta from the spatial pattern of economic change, industry cluster and pollutant transition, population growth pressure and growth in foreign direct investment and other aspects, countermeasures to solve the environmental effects of the Yangtze River Delta were also discussed from a regional environmental cooperation (environmental integration), regional ecological compensation and environmental regulation and other aspects of regional integration. Quantitative analysis methods, including econometric model and ArcGIS space partition method have been applied to concern the environment variable and regional space optimization pattern based on environmental constraints. In current research, theoretical studies and approach applications are still insufficient, and the research system is still not formed. In the future, the theory research based on mechanism of environmental effects resulted in regional integration should be enhanced, and multidisciplinary merges, enrichment of research approaches and technical methods should also be strengthened

    Under the Wanjiang Urban Agglomeration becoming demonstration zones of facilitating industrial transfer of the Yangtze River Delta,and the new situation of the regional transportation network and the integration of regional tourism development,it is a fundamental requirement to set up a new cooperation mechanism of tourism development and coordinate regional sustainable tourism development for tourism economy in the Wanjiang Urban Agglomeration.Thus,it is necessary to study on tourism economic linkage and areas of influence in the Wanjiang Urban Agglomeration.Tourism economic linkage among the 10 cities was regarded as the main line of the thesis.The author defined tourism center node,calculated strength of tourism economic linkage and influence areas of fieldstrength,and constructed tourism circles of the Wanjiang Urban Agglomeration.The results showed that Wanjiang city group tourism circle centering on dualcore of Hefei and Wuhu  was divided into three tourism economic circles.They were Hefei tourism circle centering on Hefei in the northern of it,including parts of Luan,Chuzhou, Chaohu (including the whole water of the Lake of Chaohu);Anqing tourism circle centering on Anqing and subcenter of Chizhou in the southwest of it, including parts of Tongling;Wuhu tourism circle centering on Wuhu and subcenter of Xuancheng, including Maanshan, parts of Chaohu and Tongling

    Tourism is acknowledged as one of the effective means to balance interregional economic disparity.But the regional tourism economic disparity is often evident because of the tourism resource endowment,transportation,economic development and location.The tourism industry can promote regional economic development,but sometimes may lead to increased regional disparity.Taken 13 cities of Jiangsu Province as examples,the paper used the coefficient of variation,Theil index and Nich index to analyze the overall regional disparity,internal structure and spatial pattern of domestic tourism in Jiangsu province.The Theil coefficient can be decomposed multiply,to measure the temporal changes of interregional and intraregional disparity of domestic tourism economy in Jiangsu.
    The result indicated that the overall regional disparity was getting larger from 1999 to 2005,and then fell down.Interregional disparity was larger than that of intraregional disparity.Interregional disparity was the main contributor to the regional disparity of domestic tourism economy.Disparities among South Jiangsu,Middle Jiangsu and North Jiangsu composed the spatial pattern of regional disparity of domestic economy.The development of domestic tourism showed obvious southnorth gradient difference.According to the domestic tourism income of every cities and the ratio of the average level of Jiangsu,the development of domestic tourism was divided into three gradients.The three gradients were high level development zone,medium level development zone and low level development zone.The spatial pattern of the development speed of domestic tourism in Jiangsu was similar to that of the development level.Those cities with high development level of domestic tourism also had high development speed,and the relatively backward areas had low speed.The “Matthew effect” was obviously evident. The contrast analysis of 1999 and 2010 showed that,the spatial pattern of domestic tourism development in Jiangsu did not change radically.The imbalance of tourism economy was significant and showed obvious differentiation among South Jiangsu,Middle Jiangsu and North Jiangsu.Cites in South Jiangsu were belonged to the high level or medium level area.Most of the cities in Middle Jiangsu and North Jiangsu were relatively backward.
    Finally,some suggestions to promote the coordinated development of domestic tourism in Jiangsu were put forward. For the Middle Jiangsu and North Jiangsu,it is important to strengthen policy supporting and to promote the domestic tourism economy.The South Jiangsu should strengthen the internal cooperation,promote the domestic tourism to high level equalization development,strengthen its influence in domestic and international and become a golden tourism area.The ultimate goal of tourism development in Jiangsu is to narrow the regional disparity and promote the overall level of tourism economy

    Water pollution,one of the most serious environmental problems of the Dianchi lake,severely influences the sustainable development of social and economy in Kunming city.For a more detail assessment on the water pollution economic loss,spacetime geostatistics is used to simulate the concentration distribution of each water pollution factor based on the water quality data obtained from 8 observations stations in the Dianchi lake,and the Dianchi lake is divided into 3 subareas (north,middle and south) according to the concentration distribution of water quality indicators.Based on Jame’s concentrationvalue curve and the rate of pollution loss method,the water pollution economic loss in each subarea is calculated respectively from 4 water resource functions (drinking water,fishery,tourism,and irrigation).From the calculation,the total water pollution economic loss of the Dianchi lake is 7275 billion yuan in 2010,among which including 1552,3759,1964 bilion yuan in the north,middle and south subarea respectively.Form the rates of pollution loss in every subarea,the water resource function in the Dianchi lake has been lost in drinking water entirely,and the fishery partly (loss rate>90%).Now the main water resource functions of the Dianchi lake are tourism and irrigation

    This paper aims to create the model of the urban form evolution of Tianjin Binhai New Area from 2005 to 2010,by using the logisticCA model and basing on TM satellite remote sensing images,urban plans and other data.After intensively accurate evaluation of simulation of the area and LeeSallle index,the paper has done quantitative analysis of driving forces in evolution of urban form after the implementation of the new overall plan. The demonstration result shows some key points as follows:firstly,the expansion of urban form of Binhai New Area is rapid,driven by natural environment,economic development,traffic and guidance of urban plan;secondly,the areas in which transport has played a significant role are train station,road of city,highway access,road of county and township,waterway and provincial road.Based on above findings,we propose that in order to provide the development of urban form with more active and effective guidance,the urban plan should follow the law of development of urban form,have a mastery of key factors,predict and make the plan of development of urban form in a scientific way

    With the deepening of economic globalization and progress of network communication technology,service outsourcing industry has become an important force which reshaped the pattern of world industry.The relevant research also attracted attention of various fields.This paper reviewed studies on development law and effect assessment of service outsourcing industry.Firstly,we introduced the main theoretical viewpoint that interpreted the emergence of outsourcing industry,and analyzed the researches about theory evolution and spatial distribution of service outsourcing.Secondly,we studied research contents of effect assessment of service outsourcing industry,among which outsourcing countries from the aspects of employment,wage and productivity,and undertaking countries from the aspects of economy,society and technology spillover.Then,we summarized the research methods from the perspective of theoretical and empirical,especially the different measure methods of outsourcing level using inputoutput table data,research report data and trade data.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive review,we discussed future research trends from the aspects of study perspective,theoretical framework and research methods

    Urban areas are the hotspot of land use change research in regional scale.Based on the aerial remote sensing images of Shanghai city in 1994,2000,2003 and 2006,combined with GIS method and the analysis model of land use change,we have studied spatial and temporal variation characteristics of land use in Shanghai city during 1994-2006.The result shows that during this period,the comprehensive dynamic index of land use was 207%.Farmland reduced 94 00772 hm2 with a drop of 233%,74 825.86 hm2 of which had been designated for industrial land,traffic land,residential and public facility land.In order to improve the environment,the area of green land increased 9 292.41 hm2,most of which had been transformed from farmland and residential and public facility land.Therefore,it is the main characteristics of land use change in Shanghai city that the expansion of the urban construction land occupying vast area of farmland and green land has increased greatly.The land use changed differently among the districts in Shanghai city,and the comprehensive dynamic index of land use of Pudong new district was the highest;and that of Chongming county was the lowest,showing obvious decline trend along urban centersuburb to exurb gradient.The spatial difference of land use change was closely related to location condition,economic development status and policy of each district.On the whole,social economic factors were the major driving force influencing LUCC in Shanghai city,including population distribution and growth,economic growth,the improvement of people's living standard,policy and launching large international events, et al

    Development intensity of land resource is closely linked with the living environment of human being.Controlling development intensity of land resource rationally is an important way to improve land use efficiency and environmental quality.Taken the Yangtze River Delta as an example,which is one of the rapid economic development regions and plays an important role in our country,this paper discussed the features and influencing factors of development intensity of urban land resources.The development intensity of land resource is measured by the proportion of municipal district construction land to the total land area.Using GIS software and the quantitative model,the spatial distribution characteristic and its influential factors of development intensity of land resource based on 16 cities panel data during 1996-2008 was analyzed.Firstly,a variation characteristic of development intensity of land resource was analyzed,by calculating change rate and mapping development intensity of land resource of 16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region.The results indicated that,in general,development intensity of land resource had a tendency to increase in the Yangtze River Delta region during the time of studied.There were obvious differences among cities about development intensity of land resource.It had the feature of geographical agglomeration features,and had formed the higher development intensity of land resource area with Shanghai and Hangzhou as its center,and it was also consistent with the economic growth pole of the Yangtze River Delta region.Then,in this paper,influencing factors of the development intensity of land resources in Yangtze River Delta were discussed theoretically and empirically,such as economy,urbanization,industrial structure adjustment,administrative division,and land management policy.Theoretical hypothesis was formulated through theoretical analysis,and empirical test was performed based on 16 cities panel data during 1996-2008.Result showed that there was significant positive correlation between economic growth,urbanization,industrial structure and development intensity of land resource.Urbanization had the strongest effect on industrial structure,followed by industrial structure adjustment,the last was economic growth.But the effect of industrial structure adjustment on development intensity of land resource had the obvious difference in different stages.There was significant negative correlation between administrative division and development intensity of land resource.It was related with the current urban management in China in transformation period and the conclusion would be changed with system innovation.The land management policy had little reverse effects on development intensity of land resource.In future,only by transition of economic growth pattern,execution of the land management policies and urban planning,suitable urbanization and urban industry layout can make development intensity of land resource to maintain a reasonable level.In this study,some reference will be given for sustainable utilization of urban land in the Yangtze River Delta region.

    In order to understand the status of phytoplankton community in the Dishui Lake and its relationship with water quality,8 sampling sites were investigated monthly from January to December in 2011,including the lake’s center,sea sluice and water inlets.A total of 61 genera and 128 species of phytoplankton were identified,among which,above 70% are Bacillariophyta and Chlorophyta.The dominant species of the year were Chroomonas acuta,Chlorella vulgaris,and Chamydomonas snowiae.There were most dominant species in March,April and Novermber,which indicated that the community structure might be more complicated in spring and autumn than that in the other 2 seasons.ShannonWiener Index(H’),Margalef index (d) and Pielou Evenness Index(J) were 123±046,397±066,083±029 respectively.The diversity index showed that most of the samplings were in the status of light and moderate pollution.All of the 3 index were higher in spring and autumn.One way analysis of variance demonstrated that both of phytoplankton species and quantities had an extremely significant difference among months,while no significant difference among the sampling sites.The total phytoplankton density was 742×106 ind./L, and had a strong relevance with water temperature.Canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) showed that,the densities of main phytoplankton species of the Dishui Lake were greatly affected by TP and pH,besides water temperature

    According to the data of staple crops yield and cultivated land area during the last 20 years,the carbon storage and carbon density of the main crops in the Wan Jiang Urban Belt were estimated,and the variation of the compositions and the amount of carbon storage of the farmland ecological system were analyzed with the computational method in crop yields and carbon storage transformation model,on the base of the carbon rates of the main crops,economic coefficient,root shoot ratio and grains water content.The result showed that both the carbon storage and the carbon density of the crops in the farmland ecosystem of the Wan Jiang Urban Belt increased slightly during the last 20 years,accounting for 236% of the whole amount of carbon emission from energy consumption in Anhui province in 2010.This reflected the carbon absorbing effect obviously,whereas there was a variation of the carbon storage and the carbon density of the crops.The rice was the main crop for the carbon storage,accounting for 6659% of the whole carbon storage.The maximum amount of the carbon storage of the crops was in LuAn and Chuzhou,while the minimum was in Tongling.Correspondingly,the maximum amount of the carbon density of the crops was in Chuzhou and Ma’anShan,and the minimum was in Tongling.Finally,some suggestions about the improvement of the carbon storage and the carbon density were propounded according to the variation of the compositions and the amount of carbon storage of the farmland ecological system

    Based on six kinds of mainly carbon source,such as chemical fertilizer,pesticide,farming film,agricultural diesel,tilling and paddy field,the research calculated the amount of agricultural land use carbon emission in Hubei Province during the period of 1995-2009, as well as 16 cities of Hubei Province in 2008.The results showed that the agricultural land use carbon emission and carbon emission intensity in Hubei Province presented threestagecharacteristic,namely “risedeclinerise”.The regional difference was very obvious.The amount of agricultural land carbon emission in Jianghan Plain and northeast of Hubei Province was high,while in west and southeast was low;the agricultural land use carbon emission intensity in east of Hubei Province was the highest,followed by middle zone,and the west zone was the lowest.Further more,the decoupling relationship between agricultural land use carbon emission and agricultural economic development was analyzed by Tapio decoupling model,and the results indicated that the relationship mostly were weak decoupling and strong decoupling.Thus,it’s easy to know that land use carbon reduction achieved certain results in recent years

    Emergy analysis can be applied to quantitative analysis and the evaluation of recycling agriculture.The paper utilized this method to make an empirical analysis on the recycling agriculture of Yinhe Ecological Agriculture Co.,Ltd.in Wuhan,Hubei Province.The results indicated that separated intensive breeding farms combined with land transference could develop the sixinonecycle typical patterns of recycling agriculture,"pigbiogas fertilizerlandvegetablesfishvillage".Compared with the separated agricultural production systems of rice,wheat,rapeseed,cotton,vegetables,citrus fruits,pigs,and fish,the former showed better performance in emergy transformity,updatable rate,emergy investment rate,emergy selfsufficiency rate,the net emergy yield,environmental load ratio,and emergy exchange ratio.Therefore,to upgrade recycling agriculture need not only strengthen the methodology of research,but also improve agricultural infrastructure,accelerate scientific and technological innovation,extend the industrial chain and so on.

    Based on GIS platform,the paper analyzed the evolution of landscape pattern of urban functional land use in Huai’an city.The number of urban main functional land patches and plaque area was gradually increasing,the differences of plaque area was shrinking,and patches of urban functional land tended to compact.Both the spatial aggregation level and the connectivity level of functional land patches were gradually increased.The significant changes of fractal dimension of functional land use indicated that there were great changes in the characteristics of the shape and regularity of functional land patches.The spatial pattern characteristics of residential land patches showed“big spread,small concentration”feature.Before 2000,urban residential land patches area was smaller,the difference between different patches area was large,and the level of spatial aggregation and connectivity was high relatively.After 2000,with the increasing of residential land patch area,the extent of differences reduced, and the integrity of land improved.The distance between patches increased, but the density decreased.The land patch morphology and regularity changed greater.Before 2000,industrial land layout was dispersion,the changes in plaque area were small,and the difference of industrial land area was not significant.After 2000,industrial land patches size increased significantly,and the difference between industrial land patch area reduced obviously.Levels of integrity and concentration of industrial land patches rose rapidly,the connectivity of industrial land patches enhanced markedly,and the complexity of plaque morphology was not high.The land patches of urban public facilities showed "large scattered and small focus" feature.Before 1995,the land patches area tended to decrease,while the land density tended to increase,and the difference of patches area was insignificant.After 1995,the number and the size of land patches tended to increase,and the differences of land size were significant

    Urban green,as the main body of the natural productivity of the urban structure,plays an important role in the urban ecosystem.For scientific and reasonable evaluation of the landscape ecological status of urban green space system in Hefei,and creating a comprehensive and scientific evaluation index system,this paper analyzed the urban green land landscape pattern in Hefei by the landscape ecological principles and methods.This study selected eight evaluation indices,such as diversity index,evenness index,separation index,isolation index,fractal dimension index,and connectivity index,etc..The results of the study showed that the whole city was good generally.Green rate and park green area per capita were high.The overall performances of the structure in urban landscape green space are as follows.The district development was not balanced;green space type distribution was uneven;the difference between different types was too large;the separation index was high;the diversity was not high;the fractal dimension was low;the green landscape naturalness and complexity was not enough;the connectivity was low and so on.Aiming at solving these problems,some suggestions on the ecological planning of urban green land landscape in Hefei were put forward.The results could provide a theoretical basis for the construction and designing of the green landscape ecological system in Hefei,and it could provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the “ecological garden city and forest city”as well

    Regional environmental capacity assessment and analysis is an important basis for rational planning of regional development and layout.Firstly,in support of ARCGIS technology,this paper analyzed the atmospheric environmental capacity,water environmental capacity,soil environmental capacity of the core area of the urban agglomeration,then formed the level figure.Secondly,on the base of spatial overlay of each factor and a comprehensive analysis,the core area was divided into five regions:good area,a reasonable area,the saturation region,supersaturated zone,oversaturation region,and some suggestions and measures were also put forward.Its purpose is to promote the rational development,science layout of the region of space and ecological environment protection.It is very important for the specification CZT city cluster "twooriented society" and the construction of the rational development

    It has been one of the most important works in environmental protection sector to control NOX emission effectively in 12th Five Year.It is important that how to realize NOX emission reduction supervision and inspection,but scientific and reasonable method for NOX emission reduction supervision and inspection hasn’t been founded in any sector.According to the study object of power sector in this paper,dynamic update methods were provided firstly for NOX emission in power sector,including source activity intensity dynamic update method,pollution source increase and decrease dynamic update method,and comprehensive emission factor dynamic update method.The method principle,computational formula and application range were analyzed in detail.And based on NOX emissions in thermal power sector in 2008,different dynamic update supervision emissions of 2009 was calculated respectively
