长江经济带城市绿色基建与经济发展耦合协调关系及其影响因素

  1.  城市绿色基础设施建设与经济发展是促进可持续发展的必要途径和重要支撑,探讨两者之间的时空耦合协调关系,有助于促进城市经济高质量发展。文章运用熵值法、耦合协调度、核密度估计和时空地理加权回归方法,测算了长江经济带110个城市绿色基建与经济发展耦合协调关系的时空格局特征,变化趋势及其驱动因素。结果显示:2010~2020年城市绿色基建水平与经济发展水平整体呈增长趋势,呈东高西低的空间格局。城市耦合协调度在不断提高,由2010年的0.192增长到2020年的0.295,多数城市由拮抗转为磨合阶段,多为经济发展超前于绿色基建。耦合协调度的空间差异逐渐减小。城镇化水平、人口规模程度、技术创新水平、金融水平、人力资本水平等是影响两者耦合协调发展的主要因素,影响强度存在空间差异。最后,研究提出了相关政策建议,各城市因地制宜,不断缩小地区间差距,加强区域空间协同发展。

Coupling Coordination Relationship between Urban Green Infrastructure Construction and Economic Development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Influencing Factors

  1. Urban green infrastructure construction and economic development are the necessary ways and important supports for promoting sustainable development. Exploring the spatio-temporal coupling and coordination between these the two elements can facilitate a win-win situation, thereby enhancing the high-quality development of urban economies.Using the entropy method, coupling coordination degree, kernel density estimation and spatio-temporal geographically weighted regression methods, the study measured the spatio-temporal patterns characteristics, the trend of change and the driving factors of the coupling coordinated relationship between green infrastructure and economic development in 110 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The results indicated that from 2010 to 2020, both urban green infrastructure construction and economic development levels showed an upward trend, with pronounced regional disparities, which was characterized by a spatial pattern of higher levels in the east and lower levels in the west. The degree of urban coupling coordination improved, from 0.192 in 2010 to 0.295 in 2020. Most cities were transitioned from a state of antagonism to the one of friction. The economic development generally outpaced the green infrastructure construction. Furthermore, the overall disparity in the coupling coordination was gradually diminishing. Key factors influencing the coupled and coordinated development included urbanization level, population size, technological innovation, financial development, and human capital. These factors exerted various influence across different spatial regions. Based on these findings, the study proposed certain policy recommendations on the adaptation to local conditions, the reduction of inter-regional disparities, and the strengthening of regional coordinated development.
