Ecological Adaptive Synergy Method and Their Applications

(Key Laboratory of Poyang Lake Environment and resources Utilization Ministry of Education,Nanchang University,Nanchang  330029,China)

  1. The principles and methods of the excellent water resources engineering and the effective mode of ecological economy are analyzed, and the ecological adaptive synergy method is proposed using modern science and technology. Based on the cognition of the internal operating mechanism of the ecosystem, appropriate engineering or non-engineering measures are adopted to improve the relationship between the system and the environment, enhance the dynamic function of the ecosystem to enhance the service function of the ecosystem. For the unknown operating mechanism within the ecosystem or the uncertainty of the environment, The best regulation strategy is gradually sought through the dynamic synergy process of “implementation-observation-evaluation-efficiency-control measures optimization-implementation” in order to achieve coordination of economic, social, ecological and environmental benefits. Aiming at the restoration and protection of Poyang Lake wetlands, the methods and principles of water level process regulation in Poyang Lake in dry season are studied and the regulation strategy of water level process in current dry season is proposed by using the ecological adaptive synergy method.
