不同城市化程度对内涝弹性的影响研究

摘要: 近年来,城市内涝问题威胁了越来越多的城市安全,利用耦合雨洪模型模拟了南昌市朝阳新城在遭遇1、3、5、10及20 a重现期降雨时的内涝淹没状态,研究了在不同重现期降雨下城市内涝形成及恢复的完整过程,结合弹性分析法研究了南昌市朝阳新城片区对洪灾的抵御及其恢复能力。同时,分析了研究区3种不同年份的土地利用情况,探究城市化的发展对于研究区在遭受降雨袭击后防御与恢复能力的影响。结果表明:城市化的发展以及降雨重现期的增加都会导致研究区对洪灾的抵御及恢复能力降低。该研究结果有助于在以后的防洪排涝工作中更快更准确地制定出科学合理的抗灾策略,同时使人们更直观地了解城市化进程对于区域防御内涝灾害及其恢复能力的影响。

Abstract: In recent years, the problem of urban waterlogging has threatened more and more cities. The paper adopts a coupled rain and flood model to simulate the flooding state of Zhaoyang New City in Nanchang City when it encounters 1, 3, 5, 10 and 20 a rains during the return period. The complete process of the formation and recovery of urban waterlogging under different return periods of rainfall is studied, combined with the elastic analysis method, and also studies the flood resistance and recovery ability of the Zhaoyang New Town area of Nanchang City. At the same time, it analies the land use situation of the study area in three different years, and explores the impact of the development of urbanization on the defense and recovery ability of the study area after being attacked by rainfall. The results show that the development of urbanization and the increase of the return period of rainfall will lead to the reduction of the research area's ability to resist and recover from floods. The research results will help to formulate scientific and reasonable anti-disaster strategies faster and accurately in the future flood prevention and drainage work, in the meantime,it enables humanity to understand more intuitively the impact of the urbanization process on regional defense and resilience.
